In Tulum, there are no marinas or docks for yachts. The nearest marina is Puerto Aventuras, where we are located. It’s 30-45 minutes from Tulum or 20-25 min from Playa del Carmen.

For 4 hour rentals, the departure times are either at 9am or 2pm. We do not do midday departures, as there are pre-scheduled 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm tours for every boat.

 

For 5 hour tours, the duration times are either 8:30am-1:30pm or 2:30pm-7:30pm.

 

You may select your departure time either at 9am or 10am for full-day tours.

4 hour charters (half day) is our minimum. If available, additional hours can be added for a fee. 8-9 hour charters are full day.

Includes:

  • Gourmet snacks and meals prepared by onboard chef

  • Unlimited open bar prepared by onboard servers

  • Snorkeling equipment and life vests

  • Full crew with captain and skipper

  • Stereo equipment via Bluetooth or plug-in

  • Bathroom

For 4 or 5 hour cruises, we first stop at the Inah Reef for snorkeling and then La Bocana Cove for meals, swimming, and relaxing. For 8 or 9 hour cruises, and depending on what type of boat, we can go to beautiful Cozumel or the Tulum Ruins. View our map here. We are currently experiencing high volume in bookings; popular boats are now booked months in advance, especially on weekends and
holidays. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible to reserve desired boat and date. If you book last minute, your choices are limited.

No, we are more than happy to arrange private round trip door-to-door transportation.

All of our current boats are listed on the website.

Depending on the boat, deposits vary from 30%-50% USD of the total. The deposit goes towards food, alcohol, and staff preparations prior to your tour. The remaining balance and dock fees are collected at boarding

We have the best refund policy at the marina. 100% refundable if weather (port closes), so no worries.

The weather in the Caribbean changes a lot and often. Weather forecasts are often wrong and misleading. It could be sunny here but drizzling elsewhere. As boating experts, we keep an eye out for up-to-the-minute weather using many reliable sources.
If the weather is bad (the marina closes), we’ll inform you to reschedule ASAP and if not possible, we will refund your deposit 100%, no problem.

Yes, snorkeling equipment (goggles, life vests, etc.) are included for all tours. Floaties, paddleboards, etc. may also be included, please check inclusions for each boat listing.

Due to the fragile nearby biospheres and strict governmental regulations of the marina, we do not provide jet ski rentals.

Cenotes are underground sinkholes (often protected by regulations) and cannot be visited via boat. If you’re interested in visiting cenotes, please browse our land tours here, offered by our sister company

Your total cost does not include gratuity. We leave this to your discretion, but it’s customary to tip 10-15%. Our team appreciates it very much!

For liability reasons and marina regulations, our tours do not allow outside food and alcohol beverages. Depending on the boat, we may be able to provide you with different food options and other add-ons.
